Returns and refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. A photo of the damaged item must be sent for us to process the request. Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. For physical items, we may ask you to return the product first before issuing a refund. Please note that sale, clearance, and custom items are non‑refundable unless faulty.
