  • These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through our shop, including art prints, stickers, and monthly snail mail subscriptions.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

  • All items are handmade or printed in small batches, so slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur.
  • Sizes and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but minor differences may exist.
  • Limited‑edition items may not be restocked once sold out.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
  • We accept major payment methods securely through our checkout system.
  • Prices are listed in GBP (or your local currency, where applicable) and may change without notice.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and postal services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
  • Sale, clearance, and custom items are non‑refundable unless faulty.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

6. Snail Mail Subscription

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • You may cancel anytime, but cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid charges.
  • Subscription content (letters, prints, stickers, poems, etc.) may vary each month and is curated by the artist.
  • Missed or delayed deliveries due to postal issues are not grounds for automatic refunds, but we will work with you to resolve problems.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, and written content are the property of the artist.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the artwork without permission.
  • Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these works constitutes an infringement of copyright and moral rights.
  • Any misappropriation of these creative works will be pursued through appropriate legal channels, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctions, and enforcement under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Purchasing a print or sticker does not transfer copyright ownership.
  • We take the integrity of our art seriously. Protecting originality is not only a matter of legal compliance but of respect for the creative process.

8. Privacy

  • Customer information is collected only for order fulfilment and communication.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of products, postal delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
